On the 10th of June 2020, the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport announced the formation of a Taskforce for Aviation Recovery, requesting it set out recommendations for consideration by Ministers and Government on what needs to be done to assist the Irish aviation sector to recover from the COVID-19 crisis.

The final report was delivered on 10th of July.
